To support the balance between work and family life, we have introduced a reimbursement scheme for expenses incurred by working mothers at Guber Banca for babysitting services or nursery fees, valid for the child’s first three years of life.

The relationship with the organisation goes beyond simple sponsorship, encompassing the donation of life-saving equipment essential for carrying out competitive activities safely, as well as the organisation of events aimed at promoting inclusion and diversity in sport
Every year we take part in Playmore!’s “SuperLeague”, a multi-sport tournament open to all abilities and cultures, launched in 2014 to promote social cohesion and inclusion. The tournament is played in mixed teams made up of young people with disabilities or migrants from non-profit organisations, together with employees of partner companies, including our own Guber Banca team.
In March 2022, we launched D102+, the first fixed-term deposit account dedicated to the development of social impact projects, actively financing the creation of a ‘Casa Comune’ for people with cognitive disabilities in the Spanish Quarters of Naples.
Between 2022 and 2024, we have promoted participation in the ‘Corsa Rosa’ in Brescia – a non-competitive walk/run supporting social inclusion and the fight against discrimination and violence – by purchasing participation kits for our employees.
To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, we donated a red bench to the city of Brescia as a symbol of awareness and solidarity with all women who have suffered violence.
At the end of 2023, we acquired a minority shareholding in Homes4all, a benefit corporation start-up and innovative B Corp whose mission is to develop new, high-quality residential models that promote a sustainable balance between open access to housing as a primary good and the profitability of private investors.
