Guber Banca SpA – Francesca Bazoli new President of the Board of Directors

Change in leadership for Guber Banca, a rapidly growing challenger bank and leader in the NPE sector and services for SMEs. The Shareholders’ Meeting, on the occasion of the renewal of the administrative body, appointed attorney Francesca Bazoli as the President of the Board of Directors, composed by Francesco Guarneri (CEO), Gianluigi Bertini (Vice President), Francisco Milone (Director), Lorenzo Maternini (Independent Director), Carla Sora (Independent Director), and Giuditta Renoldi (Newly Appointed Director).
Francesca Bazoli, the President, is a founding partner of the legal and tax firm Studium 19.12, specializing in commercial, bankruptcy, financial, and banking law. She has previously held prestigious positions as a board member for both publicly traded and privately held financial and industrial companies, as well as nonprofit organizations and institutions.
Director Giuditta Renoldi is a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and brings significant experience in taxation, civil law, and accounting. She possesses specialized expertise in providing consulting services to financial intermediaries, including their interactions with the Bank of Italy. She has previously served as the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Guber Banca from 1997 to 2017.
