Servicing and Sub-Servicing
We are one of the main non-captive servicers on the Italian market, specialized in the management of NPL portfolios, both secured and unsecured. We take care of the whole credit management process: recoveries from both side, legal and out-of-court, are successfull: 75% of our recoveries from out-of-court are entirely managed by internal staff; 80% of the legal actions started by Guber are later on entrusted to a consolidated network of lawyers. The whole process is controlled by our management software.
Following the bank licence received, we are entitled to perform Master Servicing activities too.
