ACQUISITION OF CLAIMS TOWARDS BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS
We purchase non performing loans from commercial and banking-financial origin claimed towards bankruptcy procedure. An activity aimed at the purpose of bankruptcy agreements, taking care of both trustee’s and creditors’ interests.
NON-RECOURSE ASSIGNMENT OF TRADE LOANS AND DEDUCTIBILITY OF LOSSES
