The Ethical Code also plays a key role in establishing an effective disciplinary system to sanction any violations of the organizational and management model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which constitutes a control and monitoring system for sensitive activities aimed at preventing the commission of offenses outlined in the said decree (the ‘Model 231’).
